Cleaning »Burn Out« Away
Mental Training Instead of Doping:
More and more athletes, politicians, and managers are learning mental training to increase their productivity.
People can best solve difficult tasks when they are highly concentrated and calm.
Only people who are not nervous are able to easily recall what they have learned.
Nobody can win a triathlon, nobody can get the yellow jersey, nobody can throw a shot put to break the world record, without completely focusing all their concentration on what they are doing.
Only then does what psychologists call »flow« occur – that moment in which everything comes together, in which every movement just feels right and distractions from outside are hardly even noticed.
We do not have any influence on external conditions — but we can influence internal ones so that we can be successful to the full extent that our resources and true abilities allow.
